Doxy Lingerie ripoff, haven't received item!! Creve Coeur Missouri
I made a purchase to Doxy Lingerie on 9/15. I received my first two items, my last item was backordered. I got an email saying that my last item had shipped on 9/22 but nothing has showed up, I have not received a tracking number and it does not take more than 10 days to get here. I also sent an email and as everyone else did... no response. If Doxy Lingerie can make this order (yhst-41531193861063-15803) right then I will continue business with them. If not, I will not refer nor will I continue with them.

After many emails and filing a complaint, I decided to send them a message saying that I was calling my credit card company. They responded right away saying that they will refund my money and that UPS messed up. UPS messed up? Yeah right! Terrible company with terrible customer service!
