I am writing this report about Doxy Lingerie. I am not saying they are dishonest yet, but I can say they have bad business ethics. I have read the other posts from people ripped off by them, and I am thinking I will probably end up being ripped off as well. It just hasn't happened yet.

I ordered an outfit from Doxy Lingerie this past Monday (11/27). I paid online and paid for priority shipping to make sure it would be here on time. Before I even placed the order, I emailed several times to make sure that the item was in stock and would be here on time. After my 2nd or 3rd email, I finally got a short response that stated, "Your items will ship in 3-5 business days. First of all, this sisn't even answer my question, but I was ok with that thinking it would still make it here on time for the even I needed it for.

Well, I had a couple questions so I emailed again a couple times and STILL have not gotten a response. There is no phone number for this company, which is a red flag to begin with. All I was asking from this company was for communication about my order. I checked with my credit card company to see if the charges had gone through and they were still pending 3 days after I ordered it. So, I was thinking ok, maybe it will ship on Friday. WEll, today is Friday, no email, no confirmation, no tracking number...Nothing!

I am now in a bind and have to find another outfit. I emailed this company to ask to cancel just like it says to do on their own website. It says if your order has not shipped yet you can send an email with the subject cancel and they will charge your card back. Well, you would think they would respond and let you know they at least received it and will start the process.

This company has too many bad reports and I am just trying to warn people as others have. They may have been planning on shipping my order, but I specifically sent emails trying to communicate with them before and after I ordered and you can't even talk to anyone. If you want your items on time or for a special occassion, I would reccommend (((ROR REDACTED COMPETITORS NAMES)))
