Doxy Lingerie ripoff, no refund, no answers to e-mails, dishonest, should be shut down Creve COeur Missouri
I ordered a Halloween costume October 18, 2006. The website stated that in stock items would be shipped 2-3 days. My item was in stock and I never recieved my costume. I was unable to go to a Halloween party because of their awful service. I e-mailed them I e-mailed them the 27. I did not get a response until October 30, 2006. At little to late for me to get my costume. They stated the follow:
Hi (myname),
Unfortunately we were unable to ship your costume to you by Halloween. We do have your costume available, and would like to offer you 30% off if you would still like it. Otherwise we can cancel your order and issue a refund to your credit card. Please let us know which you would prefer.

I e-mailed them right away. Saying yes I want to cancel my order and get a refund. It is now December 20, 2006 and I still have no gotten my refund. I e-mailed them a good 10 e-mails since then and have gotten no reponse. I filed a report with consumer affairs and now here hoping that I get my $51.45. Anyone planning to order from them please reconsider. They are a ripoff! They do not even have a number to be contacted or a street address. Their website is full of contradictions. They say on their website:" Unlike most other online lingerie retailers, Doxy Lingerie offers a 30 day, FULL REFUND return policy." Where is my refund then? I never receieved a costume or my money!

I miraculously got an e-mail saying: "Hi Felicita. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you can forward me your credit card # I would be more than happy to issue an immediate refund to your credit card and email you a copy of the receipt. Our system only stores that information for 30 days."
I am waiting for my refund still. The worse company i think they need a class action suit for all the people they ripped off.
