Doxy Lingerie ripoff non-responsive fraudulent complete lack of customer service dishonest Internet
I placed an order on Doxy Lingerie on September 19 2006. I have emailed and tried to contact this company at least 5 or 6 times, literally BEGGING for a response back. The company does not respond to emails and after reading all of the rip-off reports I filed a stop payment with my credit card order. The link they provide to "track" your order does not work, you never recived word back and its downright unacceptable. They can not conduct business this way. All I wanted was a response, but I had to resort to calling my credit card company after repeated failing communications with the company. It is pretty sad that the only way you get your money back is by posting a report on rip-off report.com or by calling your credit card company yourself. It seemed like a nice trustworthy web site as well.

Jennifer is correct. She did send me an email the day after I filed the rip off report telling us that our order was "supposed" to ship that day but she saw our rip off report and held off. I find it just a little too conincidental that the items were supposed to ship the same day I filed the report. Its all non-sense. I like to believe in the good and trust of all people and especially companies that they do an honest business. But all too many times, that is just not the case anymore...I would not recommend this company to anyone I knew, BUT they did give us our money back, which is more than I can say for other fradulent companies

the e-mail does not even say anything, it gives you an auto response email with a fake file that no program can open.
