I am sure this will not come as a surprise to anyone who has been looking at this site but yes i was ripped off also! unbelievable, how this company is operating!!! i ordered an item back on sept 6th credit caRD debited right after that, received an email saying thanks for your order, i waited a few days decided i would check on it, i had paid extra for priority mail,received no reply 10 emails later they email just to tell me it takes them, 24 -48 hrs to answer emails! smart huh. i told them i had read all these emails on the rip off report site , still no reply, finally i email and say i am going to call my credit card co. i immediately receive an email saying they didnt know what this was about, but that my order was scheduled to ship this day, that day being the 19th of sept.I answered email and asked for tracking number no surprise no response... today is sept 25th still no email no order remember i paid for that priority shipping!!! so now its come to this, what really gets me is if you read all the reports on this website, hardly anyone gets their order, and only few a refund, makes me wonder if they have access to any merchadise at all!!! i have counted over 22 emails i have sent to this company, i have received 2 responses, and no merchandise !! Sure wish i had seen this site first!!!
