Complaint Review: Doxy Lingerie

Doxy Lingerie Ripped $252 off of me! And I have nothing to show 4 it! Still waiting on a response 2! Ripoff Creve Coeur Missouri

I ordered 2 halloween costumes on 9-23-06. Today is 11-10-06 & I still have no costumes! A few days later after I placed my order online, my credit card was charged for the total amount of $251.95. I have sent at least 5 emails to them & still no response! I filed a complaint with the BBB of St. Louis & they are still yet to hear back from them also! Today, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Missouri & I hope he can do something about this company! What a great company huh? The best part is that they've got their $$$ from me, have NO contact phone # & they dont have the common courtesy to call me or email me back! They sucked us all in by saying "Order now & you can return your costumes if rec'v by 10/15/06"...yeah right! Shouldve known it was too good to be true! What a d**n rip-off you guys are! After reading all the other complaints filed on here, Im wondering how they are still in business????? Something needs to be done about them! I want a refund!

Im still fighting this d**n company! I received an email advertising CHRISTMAS ITEMS for sale at Doxy Lingerie! Can you believe these people? I havent even received the Halloween costumes I ordered or my d**n refund for those! I sent a reply back to that advertisement & the customer service sent me a reply back that said I should receive my refund in full by the last weekend in November.

Well, here we are, second week in Dec. & I still have nothing! Thanks to the consumer suggestion, I did get a phone # to try to contact the company but I had no luck...only an answering service. But I did leave a message but Im sure I will not get a response. You would think after all these reports being filed here & at the BBB that something would be done about this company! Im so disappointed. I really couldve used that $252 that Ive lost because of them towards my Christmas shopping this year! Please someone help me!

I did some research into Jennifer and her company. I did find a phone number for her, but when I tried to call I got 'voicemail full'. I hope you have better luck. You can read all I found here:
