Complaint Review: Doxy Lingerie

Doxy Lingerie took my money prior to receiving the items and never sent them Maryland Heights Missouri

I ordered from Doxy Lingerie months ago and was charged for the full amount immediately after ordering. Despite items being "in stock", which the website falsely claims "generally ship within 24-72 hours of your order being placed", the items were never sent out and no word has been given to provide any indiction of when that would be sent out. Rather strange for an "in stock" item to not be sent out, but that is all part of the business with Doxy Lingerie.


With continued efforts to contact this corrupt organization, only one response was given numerous weeks ago stating the following:

"Thank you again for your order from Doxy. Here is the latest shipping
information for your order.

We appreciate your business and hope that you will be a long-time
customer of Doxy. We would like to offer you x% off your next purchase by
using coupon code xxx at checkout!


You can always find out the current status of your order by going to ....."


Important to read: Please contact the Better Business Bureau if you have been victimized by this corrupt company. In addition, contact the Missouri Attorney General as he took them to court and as noted, "as part of a consent judgment, Doxy Lingerie is barred from violating any of the state's consumer protection laws, or from accepting payment for items yet to be shipped." So please make sure to contact both in addition to contacting the company so you can work towards getting a refund. Will make updates once I hear back or once things get resolved.
