I ordered $109.00 of Lingerie and another order for approximately $35.00 last October 2008 and as of January 2009 I haven't received anything. I noted that they did get the money from my bank account with in the week . I sent multiple E-mails and calling is always a dead end with no person answering the phone and no follow up from Droxy and their messaging center.
I have had success in the past from orders with them, in 2007. I will never order from them again and I have been constantly requesting refund but they will not answer back. Their web-site is very attractive and professionally done waiting to sucker another customer with hot looking models and Lingerie they will never deliver.
