I placed an order with DPD Pools.com on the 8th of Sept. 09 for a 16ft x 32ft solar pool cover. Standard size on any other pool supply web site. Received confirmation that the order would be shipped in 1-3 days, with a "P" status on the notification. There are other codes, but this indicated an approximate ship date. 2 days later I check the tracking site for DPD pools.com and it still showed the same code? No update to a newer code. So I called them on their customer service 1-800 number. Directed to voice mail. Left a message. No reply. Called again and used the number for sales. Directed to voice mail. Called the Tech services number. Got voice mail. Never did speak to a live person. When I directed my concerns to their E-mail contact address, I got "Your invoice says up to 7 days to ship" , plus it is a "custom cover" is why it took longer!" The invoice does say up to 7 days, but their tracking site says 1-3 days. I would hope their tracking site is the accurate source? In a nut shell this company is not reliable, no custormer service. Slow to respond to inquiries and when they do they are barbarous and rude!  Stay away from this company! There are hundreds of pool supply outfits on the web. This one should go away!
