DPD POOLS/ Pooldeals.com Fraudulent claims took money but have not received order Ripoff Niagara Falls New York
I ordered a pool liner from this company on 5/4/2007. My credit card was charged on 5/7/2007. I did not receive my order or any response to my inquiries by 5/17/2007.
I reported this to the BBB, they sent complaint ( 5/18/2007)to this company. Mr.Goss sent reply that if my order had not been shipped, I would have money returned within 72 hrs.
It is 5/26/2007- no liner, and no return of my money. If this is the busy season, or there is problems with the supplier Mr.Goss should make this known to the customers. I am very disappointed and would much rather have a liner than have to seek legal action.

Well I finally got a chargeback on my credit card. Never a refund or response from DPD POOLs. I found a different, reliable company, called them and had a beautiful pool liner delivered in less than 3 days. I would strongly suggest never purchasing anything from a company such as this. Even if a site says it is a member of the BBB, be very cautious, and maybe call to see if you can speak to a real person before ordering.

Still no pool liner. I have never gotten my money refunded, or any personal contact from this company. I have filed complaint with BBB and through Credit Card company. I will take legal action if necessary! I have disabled family member that relies on the pool for therapy. Well no therapy anytime soon. I can't believe Mr. Goss can run a business successfully while still continuing to ignore it's customers and not quickly correcting these problems.
