DPI Energy Rip Off...Company has unheard of charges with no explaination. Dallas Texas
Company is horrible. This summer they added a $20 fee for no reason. I got charged for a disconnect and reconnect service....but check this out, I NEVER had a disruption of service...ever. I called to question this and never received an answer.
Every month my bill is going up about $50, I live in a 2 bed 980 sq ft apartment. How does this equal a $300 bill. I am furious and filing a complaint against this "company". Customer service reps...if you want to call them that act like they have no clue and sound like robots when talking to me. Would not recommend this electric service to my enemy.
I knew I shouldn't have became a customer when I called the number and a man answered on his CELL phone asking could he call me back because he couldn't hear me while he was driving. My service was set up only giving him my address...you get what you pay for....crap in this case.

I, too have had trouble with this company. I signed up over a month ago, never received a bill. I called them and they said it was in the mail. I still didn't get it. The next thing I know, they cut my electricity off; no cutoff notice or anything, just came out and cut it off. My bill for this month is due on the 29th and I still haven't gotten a bill for last month or this month. Another thing that bugs me about this company is that my first month's amount was $407 (they told me this over the phone). I asked them why it was so high and they said it was because it was estimated. How can a pay as you go company estimate your bill? I sent them an email over three weeks ago about the poor service I'm getting. They still haven't sent anything back.
