I purchased glasses from this facility in July '07; and was very dissatisfied with the service and quality of my lens. These were progressive lens; and someone was suppose to give me an explanation of how to use them. I was very displeased with the explanation.

The lenses looked as though someone had carved around the edges with a pocket knife. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the lens at that time. The person that serviced me didn't seem to think there was a problem. I returned the glasses for a refund on 7-17-07.

~ On July 28, 2007, I called to check the status of the refund and was told the check was cut on July 19, 2007 and that I should be receiving it shortly.

~ On August 9, 2007, I called and spoke with Crystal. I informed her that I had not received a check. She called me back on Aug. 10, 2007 and stated she was told by the corporate that the check had never been requested. Crystal stated she requested the check again and it would be rushed to me.

~ It's now August 24, 2007 and I have still not received my refund check. I called today [8-27-07] and spoke with the General Manager [Theresa]. She stated the refund request are faxed in and there is not a 'physical' person at corporate for her to talk with regarding this matter. Her only option is to fax a request to the corporate to check the status. She will then call me back.
