Dr. Fridhandler was appointed by the court to do a child custody evaluation for me. He promised the court in 2011 that he would complete the evaluation in 3 months. He took $12,000 from me and has not submited a custody report till date. He did not talk to the children at all. He additionally took $6,440 from me to testify twice under sworn testimony in the court that that he did not do a child custody evaluation. I also paid $8,650 to another qualified expert to get an expert testimony for the court that Dr. Fridhandler never completed a child custody evaluation by any definition of a child custody evaluation. I spent a total of $27,090 towards the evaluation, including another expert’s testimony that Dr. Fridhandler did not perform a custody evaluation. I sent Dr. Fridhandler 3 reminders in the last 2 years to refund me the money, which he did not respond to. He has not submitted a custody evaluation till date. He works for financial gains and does not do what he is ordered to do or as per his contract. He is a professional thug and an actual fraud, who also happens to be the chair, ethics committee, California Psychological Association. What a shame!

In my case, Dr. Fridhandler reported in his Final Child Custody Evaluation Report that my ''p***s was erect'.(Trial Exhibit AU: admitted as evidence: page 13: bullet point 2), given the fact that in both my children’s MDI interviews, i.e. S's as well as K's, there is no reference to the fact that mine or for that matter anyone’s p***s. On February 24, 2015, Dr. Fridhandler perjured before the court, when he testified under sworn testimony (Transcript 2.24.15: page 2, lines 9-15) that "S, in response to questions from the interviewer, stated that -- that her father's p***s was standing up, that is to say erect” (Transcript 2.24.15: page 20, lines 20-22), whereas S had not said say anything that was even remotely close to that.
Dr. Fridhandler made this conclusion, without even talking to any of the children. On February 24, 2015, Dr. Fridhandler testified that he did not interview the children nor met them during the entire pendency of the evaluation.
Q. Did you ever, at any time during the pendency of this 730 evaluation, interview K or S?
A. No (TR 2.24.15: page 46, lines 3-5)

A. Well, I never met with the children. Does that answer that question? (TR 2.24.15: page 46, line 15).
In his Final Report, he mentioned that “One or more times, Father sat on K and moved around very actively. He didn’t have clothes on and his p***s was erect” (Trial Exhibit AU, admitted as evidence: page 13: bullet point 2). He also reported that “She (S) reported the following acts of sexual abuse: Father would get into the bathtub with both girls, with no clothes on. One or more times, he placed K’s hand on his p***s” (Trial Exhibit AU: page 133, lines 35-37). He also reported that “Father told both girls to touch his p***s” (Trial Exhibit AU: page 13, line 6). On February 24, 2015, he testified before the court, under sworn testimony (Transcript 2.24.15: page 2, lines 9-15) that "S, in response to questions from the interviewer, stated that -- that her father's p***s was standing up, that is to say erect” (TR: 2.24.15: page 20, lines 20-22). Dr. Fridhandler even testified that “she (meaning S) was describing a real event when she said that the Respondent (meaning Prasad) peed on her sister, and if that, in fact, was ejaculation rather than urination, then that too, would point to a sexual gratification” (TR: 2.24.15: page 21, lines 1-4). He also reported that “She (meaning K) said without prompting that Father had his clothes off on some occasion” (Trial Exhibit AU: page 14, lines 32-33).
When I viewed the MDI interview after 5 years that was shared with me accidently, I found out the following. In the MDI interview, in reference to me, the interviewer, Ms Wanda Rueb asked S, "Can you tell me how the pee pee (meaning my p***s) looked like?",she replied "I do not know how boys' pee pee looks like, (do)you know?" (MDI Interview: 64th minute). Then Ms Rueb said "I have been told (unclear)". Then Ms Rueb asked "Was it hard or was it soft?", S replied "I don't really know". S could not say if it stuck out 'straight' 'up' or 'down' and said she did not really know if it was "hard" or if it was "soft". The only thing that she said from her memory, without a leading question or a suggestive answer was that she did not know how a boy's pee pee looked like and was not able to answer the question if it stuck out 'up' or 'down' or 'straight' and was not 'hard' nor 'soft', the description does not match that of p***s, let aside an erect p***s.
S’s statement made in MDI, and as presented by Dr. Fridhandler that I stood naked, urinated on children, asked my children to touch my p***s that they found disgusting, witnessed me moving on K actively with my erect p***s, ejaculated on them cannot be true at all. There was no way, S (and even K) would not have not known how my p***s looked like, if I had performed these acts.
I, later, contacted Dr. Phillip Esplin, who is the world’s and nation's leading expert in the area of structured investigative interviews of children and renowned subject matter expert in CSA (Child Sexual Abuse). Dr. Esplin has co-authored several publications, including NICHD interviewing techniques protocol, the same protocol that was used to interview S. I shared children’s MDIs (MDI-I, MDI-II) with Dr. Esplin and requested him to analyze the same MDI recordings. Dr. Esplin explicitly mentioned in his affidavit that "It should be noted that the S.'s descriptions did not indicate any details suggesting sexual arousal, sexual gratification, nor penetration. I did not find responses from the child to be sufficient to allow one to make a reasonable inference about sexual intent " (AFFIDAVIT: page 9, para 5,6).
I filed a case with San Francisco court requesting the court to order Dr. Fridhandler to refund me $27,000 that I spent towards the evaluation. I lost, since Dr, Fridhandler played the immunity card and the judge denied my motion. This is how Dr. Bram Fridhandler makes money. Fabricates false sexual accusations against Fathers.
