Dr. Carol Ann Chaney Emile Bouari, Bouari Franchise False /Bogus Ripoff Report using someone elses name. Nationwide
THESE ARE EMAIL THREADS BETWEEN MYSELF AND DOCTOR CAROL ANN CHANEY, FOUNDER /CO-OWNER OF BOUARI CLINIC FRANCHISE, AND WIFE OF EMILE BOUARI…. EMILE BOUARI IS THE PERSON THAT PLACED THE BOGUS INFORMATION ON RIPOFF REPORTS WEBSITE.
THESE THREADS CONTAIN A STATEMENT FROM DR CHANEY ABOUT EMILE MAKING THE BOGUS REPORTS TO HURT MYSELF AND MY SON. HER PLAN WAS TO HAVE THE REPORTS REMOVED, HOWEVER, RIPOFF REPORTS DOES NOT REMOVE ANY REPORTS REGARDLESS OF THE TRUTH OR FACTS.
My son and I purchased the Arizona Region for the Bouari Clinic Franchise, I was a 50/50 ownership partner in the deal. My position was to provide franchise sales within the Region for which I would support as the Regional Manager.
We signed the franchise agreement, and made a substantial payment for the Arizona Region.
We opened our pilot Bouari Clinic in Chandler Arizona on Jan 2, 2012 and operated it the unit until August 2014. At that time, we decided to close the unit, which caused us to payout our 3 year lease, and sell all office furniture and fixtures for pennies on the dollar. We made the decision to close the unit and terminate the Agreement due to very poor management within the franchise, and our revenue looked nothing like what was disclosed in the FDDs Item 19, or what another franchisee validated to us.
We also learned that Emile had opened and closed a clinic a few years prior, in Chandler Arizona, under a different name, that was never disclosed. And we never reveived a signed copy of our franchise agreement.
I must admit, as a seasoned Franchise Broker, I drank the cool-aide and it was cyanide. I represented the Bouari brand in good faith and intention and was burned as all other franchisees.
As for the postings on the Ripoff Report website, they are completely 100% bogus. They were NOT posted by any franchisees as stated. They were posted by Emile Bouari. My attorney advised me not to engage anyone as it will only make things worst due to how the Ripoff Report posting work within the law. Anyone can say anything about anyone... the fight will only cost more time and money.

I appreciate your kind words. I should have a court order this week to remove all derogatory comments on the internet. I have included your name and Brent Yoches as I see Emile must of written two on you both. Getting things off of Ripoffreport is pretty difficult but with the court order defamatory comments can be blocked by all web browsers, google, yahoo etc.

Carol Chaney who pretends to be a doctor got involved in a conspiracy in September 2013 when she started conspiring with Paul Padda. She furthered the conspiracy throughout the next few years. It seems she also lied to the Govt which is a felony. Soon she will be in federal court on the witness stand. She is NOT a Dr She bought her "PhD” from a diploma mill.
