Dr. David Schwartzwald, MD HORRIBLE AND RUDE OFFICE STAFF IN MY OPINION! Boca Raton Florida
The following review is my opinion of this doctor's practice based upon my own personal experience. Horrible and rude office staff, especially Stephanie in billing and office manager Rand Schwartzwald (David's wife), two big mouths who seem to enjoy insulting their patients as they did so to me. I called to discuss a billing issue and was told by Stephanie in the billing dept. that she would relay the message that I was "looking for a free ride". Then after numerous phone calls, I finally got to speak with the office manager, "Rand" Schwartzwald (yes you read it right, "Rand" is really her name!), who is also Dr. Schwartzwald's wife. "Rand" proceeded to interrupt me at every turn and wouldn't allow me to speak. I finally had to tell her to shut her BIG BOCA B**** MOUTH! NEVER AGAIN would I demean myself by being a patient at this abusive doctor's office!

I just got off of the phone with my new urologist's office who advised me that Schwartzwald's office finally sent them my records. It felt to me like "pulling teeth", all of the phone calls to various people and such, just to accomplish this. It doesn't change my feelings toward Stepanie in billing and "Rand" Schwartzwald, because again in my opinion and my perception, they were very rude, insolent and quarrelsome with me, but I'm just glad that my battle to obtain the records is finally over and done with. This took a great deal out of me and caused me a great deal of stress and time away from my normal business activities.

On 9/28/15 I signed a medical release authorization form and requested that Dr. Schwartzwald's office send my complete medical records to my new urologist's office. Well it seems that they are stalling and taking their sweet time in doing so and they have yet to send the records, despite my numerous complaints. "Rand" Schwartzwald seems determined to have her revenge! If need be, I will have an attorney take the appropriate legal measures and also have the State Of Florida Bureau of Enforcement/Medical Quality Assurance Dept. launch an investigation into this matter! Perhaps this doctor's office will then take this matter more seriously!
