Complaint Review: Dr. Donald Wortham

I was shocked by Tiffany's report about Dr. Wortham.  I have been using his services for years.  I have never been treated rudely.  He has always used the utmost courtesy when I have been in for a visit.  My last visit was for removing age spots from the backs of my hands and arms and instead of suggesting an expensive treatment he directed me to a cream that worked beautifully. I have had various friends who have used his services and were quite pleased with him as well.  I happened upon this website by accident while I was looking for Dr. Wortham's website.  I don't usually get involved in this sort of thing but because of what I know of this man I didn't hesitate to jump in.  I just can't imagine what kind of bitterness Tiffany must deal with on an ongoing basis to go to the extent she did in besmirching this kind doctor.

You were informed that if you wanted to discuss something other cosmetic procedures that there would be an office visit just as you would expect in any Dr. office. If you want to call we can discuss it.

ok it's one thing to have a bad day it something else to say this Doctor should be out of business. The whole point is dont go accusing poeple of things like a bad attitude and then try to run them out of business. I had 3 major surgeries done and had to have various follow-ups and NEVER had any problems with Dr. Wortham or the staff. And FYI to the person who is complaining the office will not typically be busy in order to allow time for his surgery days as well as time for exsisting patients to have adequete time with the Doctor. If you didnt like like this particular doctor thats fine go elsewhere but dont try to start a slander campaign cause you got your feelings hurt ... IF they were really rude.

Hasani21, could it be that the doctor was having a bad day when he saw Tiffany, and her experience is valid? Could it be in your dealings with the doctor he was having a really good day, and you got the benefit of that? There are doctors who are good in the technical side of their work, but woefully lacking in the 'bedside manner', an issue some medical schools have begin dealing with the last several years.

What is your basis for saying this doctor is the best around? How many others have you been to that do this type of work? I'd just like to know the basis for that statement.

Look Tiffany I dont know if you were having a bad day or what.. but I do know that in my personal experience with Dr. Worthan who had done a breast augmentation, and liposuction sugery on me was outstanding throughout my pre-operation, my recovery time and after the staff and D.r were exceptionally caring and attentive I had even recieved a complimentary facial package from the office. I have recived so many positive complimants on the work he has done and infact my closest friends are amazed at the fact i look so flawless. Before you get pissy about someone taking the wrong tone of voice perhaps miss you need to look in the d**n mirror first. get a life and stop trying to ruin the life of others. Please remeber my dear what goes around comes backs around and he who spits in the air will like end up with spit in their own face.
