Complaint Review: Dr. Elliot H Saferin/Image Plus

I went to Dr.Elliot H. Saferin at the time he was working at LUNA Cosmetic Centers for a Breast lift and to remove the puffiness from under my eyes.

Instead I got a nipple lift (all the excess skin was left and the breast are still sagging), and my eyes he created a sack under one eye, the other eye he made the scar halfway down the eye and also created a fold, and he did not remove the excess skin, now i have wrinkles that i never had before.

I took him to small claims court and and even though he admitted that my eyes did need to be redone and since he came with a lawyer and the judge was a man, the judge sited with the doctors, he and the doctor got into a conversation about the judges wife wanting to have work done.

i could not afford a lawyer and the ones that i did speak to also said that since i did not lose a eye or a limb that i would not win.

it cost me almost $7000. after waiting over 20years and things are worst then when i started
