Dr Hansen has done terrible work on two personal friends of mine here in the US, Fullerton, CA. He also had dentists working at American Bio Dental in Tijuana Mexico.

Alesandro the owner of the clinic has alienated himself from Mexican Holistic Dentist and Doctors by not paying them, he is a very dishonest man. I don't recommend Dr Hansen or any of his cronie companions.

I am an international health researcher and have had all my dental work done by Dr Hansen. I also have sent more than 40 client patients and ALL have had nothing but praise for the work performed and the reasonable fees for the one of a kind unique dental services. At no time has he ever been associated with a clinic in Mexico or any other country.

The report filed by "Troy" is totally untrue. I have worked for and with Dr. Hansen for over five and a half years, and I can state that he has absolutley NO connection with any dentists in Mexico or anywhere else. As for the quality of his treatments and workmanship, it is unparallelled. We have patients coming in from all over the country and around the world--patients who are regulars and keep returning--to receive the quality of care he gives. Dr. Hansen is considered one of the foremost authorities on laser dentistry and helped develop many of the lasers and techniques now used in laser dentistry. His patient list includes many celebrities and high-profile business people.

As for Dr. Hansen's integrity, I have never questioned it and neither has anyone else who has worked for him. Our dental fees may be a little higher, but that is because of the cost of the high-tech equipment that is used here. The trade-off is that costs may be a little higher, but the quality of treatment is such that the preventive measures that are taken help to ensure that any treated teeth may never again need any further treatment, saving the patient money in the long run.

I don't know what this "Troy's" problem is--he probably came in with a whole mouthful of problems expecting miracles. We get a lot of patients like that, expecting instant gratification because it is a high-tech practice, but it just doesn't work that way. If a patient has a lot of chronic problems and several dental issues, it is going to take time and money to correct them properly. If you want to go to a cut-rate "Painless Parker" kind of dentist, you get what you pay for. I can almost guarantee you going to that type of dentist will eventually cost you more money because you will have recurring problems. Kind of like getting an Earl Schieb paint job--looks good at first, but then starts peeling off and fading.

In all the time I have worked here I have never even heard of an "Alesandro." Troy is either very deluded or has Dr. Hansen confused with someone else.

In conclusion, it is my opinion as a long-time contract employee of Dr. Hansen's, that "Troy's" barely-literate complaint is totally bogus and should be ignored as the ravings of a chronic malcontent.
