Dr.  Herbert    Birnbaum doesn't address any comments at this website is a reflection of bad patient relations at that dental office.    Dr.     Herbert   Birnbaum  performs results that are substandard to patients' the satisfaction a patient EXPECTS.   It's  about the money with Dr.      Herbert    Birnbaum.   Dr.   Herbert    Birnbaum fees are unreasonable and services are low quality.....  Patients approach   Dr.   Herbert    Birnbaum and are yelled at with ridiculous excuses to decline to make it right..................
