Dr.Joe Rubino and his company is a BIG SCAM,they will RIP YOU OFF,do NOT purchase any products from this a*****e,if you decide to send them back he will NOT give you a REFUND,he will claim that the product is in terrible condition and not resellable even if you send it back in perfect condition,
he will also claim that he never recieved the product back BEWARE this a*****e and his company should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS,buy at your own risk,HAVE A GOOD DAY

Here are the facts:
Customer ordered 1 book ($17.95)from a large online store reseller, not directly from our company.
Our company took the order, shipped out the book and received as a small royalty for fulfilling the order and supplying the book. The book was returned to us in poor, non-resellable condition due to the back cover being torn in the mail. Never did the customer contact us to request support in obtaining a refund from the seller. He just returned the book in the condition mentioned, without asking about the correct procedure to
obtain a refund.
Despite this, we would be happy to support the customer in obtaining a refund if he calls our office.
