Please be careful at this disgusting place! The Manager Denisse Pierce is completely stealing from patients. I used to work at this office and let me tell you exactly what I am talking about. They are not charging patients the contracted rate when they are preforming dental work. They are charging them the cash price not the contracted rate.

For example: If their contracted rate with an insurance company is $650 for a root canal and their cash fee per root canal is $850 and your insurance pays 50% of the contracted rate. They will charge you $425 instead of the $325 which you should be paying. Your account will then reflect a credit which they will not reimburse you for. The billing/manager crook will use that credit. If you miss an appointment and the missed appointment fee is $20 you they will charge a lot more just so that the credit slowly disappears. Please Please becareful when going there for your dental services.

I am no longer working there because I could not continue to watch her do this to patients.

I made arrangements with your collection agency who is more honest than you, to pay the loan back. Secondly you stated I made threats to post this kind of things about the office, I believe this site allows you to attach photos, please do so. I told you once, one of my friends (who was a patient), told me what you were trying to charge her and me, knowing how you work there, I asked you to please charge the correct fees. You proceeded to work just as you always have. I told you I’d contact the insurance fraud line if you continued to do what you do. Go ahead attach the email, I’d love for people to see the "threats” I made. I’m not a bitter person and I think you more than anyone knows that. The sad part of all this is, it is my strong belief Dr. Krill doesn’t know what you are doing at his office.

Primarily you have to understand that Yessica Romero was an employee here.  During the period time she worked here she asked Dr. Krill for a $5,000.00 loan to buy a car, after she left our company, five weeks later, we entered into an agreement of biweekly payments until the loan was paid in full.  She did not keep her end of the agreement and stopped making payments.  Every time we attempted to collect on her debt she would threaten our office with posting these type of allegations in an attemt to not pay back her loan.  Therefore, rather than to file a lawsuit againts her we send her to collections, it wasn't until now that our collection agency is taking action that she decided to post this (two years later).  She still has not paid the loan in full and she's now trying to get even with us for attempting to collect on her debt.  She's simply bitter and angry.

I know how to spell your name because I spoke to somebody at the office. Sounds to me like you want to try to get even with the company that’s asking you to pay your loan back . Stand up Jessica Romero and pay your obligation to a company that lent you money that you were working for ... It’s extremely hard for any employee to find a company that they work for that will lend him money when they need some extra money to help tie up some loose ends .. Jessica Romero I’m asking you to do the right thing and pay them the money that you owe them.. I don’t know the people that work at this doctors office I’ve never been to that doctors office but I had a feeling that you were not telling the real story ... Jessica Romero Just be honest pay what you owe.. save your credit and pay what you oh I’m sure they’re not trying to run you through the ringer and trash your credit. I like to stand up for people who do the right thing. Please do the right thing make arrangements to pay the money back, OK Jessica Romero ? Please try to do that

I know who you are and you're trying to cover yourself up in this comment. I'm genuinly not trying to get anyone into trouble simply trying to talk about what YOU are doing in there. You tried to ruin me by sending the loan to collections which i already had paid 1/2 of and that's fine, I have arrangements with them to get that taken care of. I'm not a bad person and YOU know that but, what you're doing is also wrong and you know that as well so, I know you don't care.

Jessica Romero why

Jessica Romero why is it that you refuse tell the real story ?  You’re trying to get a doctor in trouble with false accusations.   You are not telling the real story,  like the personal loan you refuse to pay back.   Why not tell everybody about the personal loan that you borrowed from your previous employer and refused to pay it back ?     I’m standing up for this  dr. because I was told what you refuse to talk about.   Learn to tell the truth and your life will be a lot easier.   I’m sure that you will not tell everybody how much money you borrowed.   You can’t do that that’s the truth and you do not want to reveal the truth.  That is a shame.
