Complaint Review: Dr. Len Schwartz dba Market Domination Services

Our company has been in business over 30 years and I enrolled in Dr. Schwartz’s marketing system to increase our business which is a Tax Consulting Business with the Guarantee that if we don’t improve our business clients bottom line they owe us nothing.

We used their program for 6 months plus they renewed our service with no prior notification to us and would not refund the renewal amount. In total we spent about $12,500 and did not obtain a single new client. While this service may work for some it did not work for us.  

When we complained about renewing our subscription which cost about $2,500,  we were told that was too bad and the guarantee they initially offered as an incentive to use their service  was not going to be honored, since we did not follow the program exactly as they outlined.

All other companies seem to refund renewal fees when it is brought to their attention that you do not want to renew the service. Market Domination has a great sales pitch, but unless you have the money to risk there may other programs that you may wish to consider. bill biggs – Affiliated Advisors
