Complaint Review: Dr. Lynn Leonardi-Holzapfel DC

Chiropractor broke my neck, after conservative measures, resulted in surgery.

Chiropractor and husband moved from Marin, to setup Eastside Family Chiropractic business she hung on her shingle.

Chirpractor convinced me that a manipulation would resolve sinus issues; never examined prior.

Lawsuit went to trial,  but on the footstep to Sonoma County Courthouse, the doctor filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

The doctor divested her property into her husband's name, then she filed bankruptcy.

I reported her assests fraudulent due to the husband and wife both had recently purchased a radio station.

Chapter 7 attorney fined them, but allowed them to file under chapter 13. the civil case was stayed.

My civil attorney severed himself from the lawfirm.

My civil lawsuit for $1,000,000.00 was stayed by bankruptcy. Even under bankruptcy, the couple split property and sold half.

Court papers were stolen, destroyed. 

Mr. Holzapfel was involved with the Steamfitter's and Plumbers Union. Holzapfel father was a plumber in NYC, and Holzafel had a vendetta from his poor upbringing.

I was injured further by the surgery, and medical expenses, etc.

The hiring of other attorneys for issues were afraid.

I was labeled  and publicly slandered by discoverying a paper labled as "incurably insane" , this was found where  someone had put in my divorce file;   by my estranged husband.

I was injured by sexual harrassment, fired from my job, disabled, attempts to do bodily harm, humiliated, house destroyed, forgeries, animals ruthlessly killed, lefft destitute and vulnerable, culturally discriminated. 

I now suffer from post traumatic stress disorder, and very scared.
