I contacted Dr.'s office and scheduled an appointment for a free dental cleaning which I get on my policy. Without one word to me the office proceeded to do 150.00 worth of unauthorized work which I was demanded to pay 75.00 at the time of service I questioned why I was charged for a free cleaning and was told of the more expensive cleaning I had been given.
