Complaint Review: Dr. Nabeel Ebrahim Kamal

Dr. Kamal is a time-waster.

I secured a very solid trade agreement for him and he agreed to provide a bank instrument (BG).

When he failed to deliver the first one via HSBC, I secured agreement from the platform to allow him to submit additional BG/SBLCs. He lined up 4-5 new instruments and every one of them failed - third parties.

Over the space of 10 months I convinced the platform to allow him to submit to one after another bank. They were very patient as he trashed their credit lines for one bank after another.

Finally the last attempt was one that he absolutely guaranteed would deliver and after two weeks they have not.

In doing some research it appears that he has been submitting applications to various platforms since 2012 or earlier. Many have gone to multiple platforms at the same time. Many have been rejected based on bad instruments or blacklisted 3rd party providers. Now it appears he has been blacklisted himself.

I'm not suggesting he is a scammer - on the contrary a very nice man who cannot bring a solid provider forward no matter what he tries.
