Complaint Review: Dr. Payman Simoni

Dr. Payman Simoni cannot be trusted with anything he says.  When I posted a negative review of him because he botched the surgery I had with him,  he posted that I am not a patient, that I am a former employee who stole drugs from him.  THIS IS A TOTAL LIE!  He has posted the same thing about other posters who gave him negative reviews, including one that was posted in 2008, a year before I ever went to his office.  I can easily prove that he operated on me, and I plan to sue him for malpractice, breach of contract and defamation, among other things.  He has been sued many times in NY & CA, and he is currently being sued for malpractice in NY.  You can verify this on the following websites:

I believed his lies and now I will pay for that for the rest of my life.  Don't make the same mistake as I did.
