I SHOULD of researched this man before letting him drill on my teeth. I went to his office for a filling on a tooth, well he PURPOSELY drilled down into my root and into my gums and then tried charging me $6000 for HIS mistake that is did on PURPOSE
This man will purposley drill holes in your gums and teeth...he is a EVIL man ..
I am in the process of starting a investigation with the State of California Dental Association to, this is not the first time he has done this to a patient. he is EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It should come as no surpirse that Ray Partovy is in trouble again. His nickname at USC was "The Mangler", however, since his tuition was paid up, he was allowed to graduate. He has a long and sordid dental history of which the Dental Board is well aware of. Within his first 3 years of dentistry, he had OVER 40 WRITTEN COMPLAINTS against him with the board. The board consisting of unemployed and 4th rate dentists reviewed all the complaints and totally ignored the evidence against him and allowed him to contiune his rampage on the sick and injured in WLA. He is listed as a preferred provider with most HMOs because he will work for them for CHEAP and then make up for the low payment schedule by trying to squeeze the extra cash from his victims.

If you had bothered to go online and research that dog eating, dot headed Indian you would have seen he has had his license suspended TWICE and he has 1 STAR on Yelp. Time you woke up and started going to white dentists and not these Paki Rag Heads.
