DR*REG.NET Fraudulant charges...getting a refund is like pulling teeth from an elephant! Ripoff Colorado Springs Colorado
I was fraudulantly charged $59.95 after I cancelled, after 3 days of the 10 day free trial offer. When I called the number listed for them, a "customer service representative" looked at my account which didn't show my cancellation. She was more than happy to make an note on my account that it had been cancelled, and she would forward a refund request to the billing department. It would take 48 - 72 hrs for the transaction to be processed and reflected on my bank card. This was 5 business days ago. I have unsuccessfully been able to contact them again for a status on my refund.
