Complaint Review: Dr. Richard Repass

Susan Renee Zebelman Vigoda date of birth (((REDACTED)))1960  is a friend of Dr. Repass and is harrassing people endlessly filing false reports as well.

Her MO is that she befriends people and then tells lies to family members and others about them.   Truly crazy.

Cody was the said sisters roommate in 2013.   Nothing in that report is true,  not even the author of the complaint.   Cody her former roommate did not write this.   Cody and the sister are good friends to this day.   For proof email  nortonedward400@yahoo.com.

Dr. Richard Repass began a series of character assassinations against his sister which continue to this day.    He committed a huge crime by lying about his sisters mental illness in order to separate her from her newborn baby, which he did, successfully, until social services realized her brother Dr. Richard Repass was lying in order to steal her baby from her.  (Letters from DSS to Dr. Richard Repass can be furnished to prove this).   DSS promptly gave his sisters newborn baby back to her and apologized for ever listening to her brothers lies. 

  Dr. Richard again, in Aug. 2018, tried to once again assassinate his sisters character by this new article he had written whereupon he uses every single thing he can think of to make her look bad.  It clearly shows the author of the report, Dr. Richards'  "flying monkey" is illiterate, and uneducated, as many words are misspelled because Dr. Richard can only hire an illiterate to do his bidding.

   In any event, in 2012 Dr. Richard Repass filed for bankruptcy in Seattle Wa.   A psychiatrist filing bankruptcy, and it was HE, not his sister, who asked his elderly parents for money.    As many narcissists do, they will accuse the victim of the crimes they themselves commit.    His sister maybe received a fraction of what Dr. Richard demanded of his parents and took from them, guilting them into never seeing his sons again if they did not furnish money to him.   

 He was exceptionally cruel to his father and a year after his father moved to Seattle he died, possibly due to the stress and cruely of Dr. Richard Repass's demands for money and threats to take his sons of out their grandfathers life for good as he has done so often in the past.     

Dr. Richard Repass divorced his wife as well, stating that she was a "dumb Colorado woman" and he needed someone smarter, after she helped work odd jobs to put him through medical school. He also cheated on her, which is another narcissistic trait, a trait he accuses his parents of having and a trait he accused his sister of having.    The CCHR pointed out,  "he sure loves to throw that word around" when they read a letter written by him to his parents, calling his father a narcissist.    

    I know Dr. Richard Repass's sister does not hate him, but she certainly feels harrassed and stalked by him.   She feels he is obsessed with her and wont leave her alone.     She feels he is dangerous and will stop at nothing, as many narcissists do, to destroy her and her reputation.      She feels her child is much safer away from her brother thus not wanting any contact with him as they are living a calm and happy life without him.

Luckily,  the Dept of social services is on his sisters side, and knows all about her brother so he can never again make false allegations to have her child removed.    His sister does not commit financial crimes but does everything above board.    There is no truth to what Dr. Repass's allegations state.   

It is a sad state of affairs when one is so depraved one has to resort to trying to steal his sisters infant daughter and then continue  make bizarre and slanderous accusations  against her when she refuses to see him or allow her daughter to go near him.  I hope Dr. Richard Repass's patients will be okay and not subjected to his mental instability.

Dr. Richard Repass was confined to a psychiatric institution in Newtown Ct. for trying to strangle his mother and spitting in her face while high on LSD.    He was taken by ambulance in a straight jacket to the hospital and was committed for 6 months. 

 While conditions in the Repass household were very difficult,  the sister also was in a psychiatric institution as well but she went on her own free will, because the home life had been too difficult and abusive towards her.   

The sister could have left at any time but chose to stay and get treatment for ptsd due to family instability.   Now Dr. Richard uses her hospitalization and anything else he can against her while he too was confined to the mental institution.

Everything written about his sister is false written by him to slander her reputation to detract from the facts that he tried to steal her newborn baby through lies , although she was the better parent with no domestic violence or bankruptcies .   Her family never purchased a home for her or given her much money either.     

In fact, the elderly parents had to bail Dr. Richard Repass out of his bankruptcy even though he is a medical Doctor.    I am a friend of the sister who tells me to ignore this but I choose to set the record straight because I know the truth.   They say domestic violence abusers will attack the victim's efforts to make a living and try to steal the victims' children by calling them mentally ill.   

This is exactly what is happening once again in this report against the sister. The family is so enraged that they cannot meet their niece due to their abuse in trying to destroy a bond between a mother and her child, that they go through great lengths to damage the sisters reputation.       

Dr. Richard is so jealous that he had to file bankruptcy and get financial help from his parents that he has to pass the blame onto his sister for his inadequacies much like a narcissistic person behaves.      

The sister of Dr. Richard Repass, M.D. had wrongfully publicized reports, videos and other allegations against him when her child was an infant, from the vantage point and opinion of the author of the herein comments.  The child was taken by social services in Boulder County, Colorado until the mother--sister of Dr. Repass--had sufficiently passed certain hurdles.  The author of these comments thinks that the sister has abused court processes in her financial favor when Dr. Repass had legitimate concerns for the safety of the then infant child, as she was awarded a lump-sum settlement from a lawsuit against Boulder County, alleging that Dr. Repass was acting as a psychiatrist who had diagnosed the sister as opposed to a brother who had legitimate concerns regarding the infant's safety and well-being.  The sister was ordered to have a payee administrator at the Court.  Though Dr. Repass had not seen his sister in several years, and is a psychiatrist, he had long-term knowledge of his sister's psychiatric history and her behavior, which the author of these comments also has had concern regarding the sister's behavior past and fairly recent, and concerning matters of discretion relating to parenting and criminal acts, including using aliases she used to transfer real property and other assets, including monies in bank accounts.  

The sister was given a home in Boulder, Colorado by the parents of Dr. Repass and his siblings.  The sister also bought waterfront land in Hawaii, though she was receiving and continues to receive SSI and SSDI (Social Security monies).  She is considered disabled and has been from the time she was a teenager.  She is a quite skilled painter who has made substantial amounts of money selling her artwork (sometimes $5,000 per painting) and from renting portions of her house with a full basement including a kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a master suite.  Boulder County Court ordered the sister's real property to be returned to her real name when a family member reported that the owner of the home (alias used by the sister) and the sister of Dr. Repass are the same person.  The sister had previously sued her elderly parents but the case was dismissed.  She also had attempted to be awarded restraining orders against her elderly parents and others on several occasions, and though she has not received the same, she has dressed up for Court and delivered her testimony for quite some time in court attire for her audience in the courtroom.    

The sister of Dr. Repass had been institutionalized in a mental facility before college in Darian, Connecticut prior to college for over a year.  It is the vantage point of the author of these comments that Dr. Repass had substantial cause for concern regarding the safety of the then-infant child of his sister.  The sister has spent years trashing the reputation of Dr. Repass and literally years acting vendictively to family member of anyone who she disagrees with or perceives as opposing her actions or for merely stating an opposing opinion.  The sister has diliberately impuged the characters of people who have gotten close to her and/or her now-adult child, from the view of the author of these comments and from his personal experience of the sister.  The sister wrote a letter to the mother of one of the men the sister rented a room to in her home impugning him, as she had disclosed to his mother that she had become intimate with him, though he did not wish to have a relationship with the sister.  The sister had worked in Alaska and elsewhere as an exoctic dancer during the time she had received Social Security SSI and SSDI before the time of birth of her now-adult child.

The sister has also persisted in attempting to separate family members with false allegations--not her family members--family members of anyone with whom does not give her what she wants or with whom she may disagree.  It is the vantage point of the author of these comments that the sister of Dr. Repass appears to have an apparent need to often act vendictively if and when she does not get anything or everything she desires or if things do not go her way, even in trivial matters, and exactly in the way she desires.  She constantly expresses that she should have gotten more--a better house, a nice or newer car from her elderly parents, and on and on.  The sister has denied contact between her child and family members for many years without good cause, from the vantage point and opinion of the author of these comments.

It is the estimation of the author herein that all negative ripoff reports are all written by the sister of Dr. Repass, as told to him by the sister herself.  The author of these comments finds this situation untenable for the now adult-child of the sister, including but not limited to multiple unscrupulous acts committed by the sister, and overall, the circumstances are wrenching, as he, the author of the comments herein, has suffered personal consequences of having contact with the sister himself.  The sister's constant apparent need for retaliation and infliction of her will on other people is ongoing and untoward.  This is a sad situartion wherein the now adult-child has missed out, and has had poor discretion imposed on him/herself.  

The author of the herein comments does not know Dr. Richard Repass personally, but he does know his sister fairly well.  The victim is the now adult-child of the sister of Dr. Richard Edwardo Repass, M.D. as this child has lived in a morass of denial of contact with honorable family members and other problems imposed on him/her by the sister and the situaiton arising from her level of discernment and discretion.  

 Dr. Richard Repass continues to spread lies by naming some govt. officials in this report in Boulder, Co. who have nothing to do with this.  I am sure they will be very upset when they find out what he has done.     His attempt to discredit his sister is obviously a bad sign of his judgement.

   First of all, some of the report that Dr. Richard Repass wrote was redacted by Ripoffreport because of its obvious lies.

  Secondly,  we have proof Dr. Richard Repass committed these crimes against his sister.    The CCHR (Citizens Commission on Human Rights), in Lost Angeles, California has the entire story of the damages Richard Repass did to his sister, and would be glad to give the public copies of it.    Just ask.      Complaints have been made to the Medical Boards about what Dr. Richard Repass did.    The medical Board in Seattle has the complaints as well as the Minnesota Medical Boards.   In this age of corruption, however, they did not pull Dr. Repass' medical license yet as they should have.    They are waiting for him to slip up again and giving him another chance we have been told.        This does not mean he is not dangerous.   Judging from what he did to his sister it proves he has no conscience.    See him at your own discretion.      You can find the complaints against Dr. Repass in these medical boards, but for more thorough and detailed reports and proof you can find them at the CCHR.
