Dr. Robert Beltran

  • Not consented before performing a thigh-lift procedure that he was trained in ear, nose and throat surgery. 
  • Performed surgery twice liposuction and breast augmontation and it was a complete disaster.
  • My implant was leaking from day one until it completely showed on mamogram.
  • Closed his office without leting his patient know.
  • Left multiple messages on his office not answering any calls.
