Complaint Review: Dr Rogan James

This phone number is listed on adopt a puppy site. The person says they have been relocated to Chicago, Illinois and cannot keep their puppy because the apt building does not allow pets. They want you to load a prepaid credit card to have the puppy shipped to your location. All the information they give you is false and they keep ignoring all your questions.  They use reputable professionals such as Dr.s and etc to try to give credibility to the scam. Another phone number they use is904 323 2213..  I started getting red flags when he said I could not pick up the puppy at the airport. The original ad stated they were in the area.
