Sent in all info required to obtain a rebate for the purchase of a Dr. Scholl orthotic January 2016. Never received the rebate. Sent a letter with copies of original documentation 4/19/2016. Never heard from anyone. Dr. Scholl's is owned by Merck & Co. Are they aware that the company they hired to send the rebates, isn't fulfilling their promise. This is a poor reflection not on on CMS rebate co., but also for Merck & Co.
