Complaint Review: dr sebi's products

I purchased two bottles of Irish moss/Bladderwrack powdered mix and when I received the bottles in the mail I got one bottle that was 1/2 the way full and the other was 1/4 the way full of product. I called and they told me they were cutting back on the product amount now being distributed because of supply and demand. I was not told this prior to receiving my shipment and I don't think it's right that they are ripping the consumer off like this. This is dishonest. Both bottles should have been full of product this is what I paid for when I made the purchase. I have asked for a full refund and they just continue to blow me off. Buyers beware. Don't purchase anything from Dr. Sebi. He is ripping off the consumer and does not seem to care to resolve this complaint.
