 1-6-16 Went in for cough, vomiting, antibiotic. Dr. Stan Wasbin prescribed not only the incorrect tests and supplies, but Dr. Wasbin gave no or wrong directions on how to conduct the tests. I had to get corporate headquarters to refund my taxi fare I spent going to the lab the next day. Upon my next visit to Marque Urgent Care, Dr Stan Wasbin was very rude to me. He said I was no longer welcome there because I upset his office Mgr Magda on my last visit? All I had done,( via phone, I never met her), was complain about the substandard medical care and incorrect tests and instructions I'd received. I explained to Dr Wasbin that I was never out of line, simply stated I was sent with lab orders with no or wrong instructions of which the lab generously corrected. I requested taxi refund to which she (Magdna)refused to commit to but got angry. Corporate handled the refund and was told all facilities would be instructed on proper lab instruction being given to patients. I had to retest, courtesy of lab kit given by lab...refund of taxi given by Corp. Dr Wasbin said: "I remember you, you upset staff here & MAGDA,(I only spoke with Magda & receptionist). " I the went straight to Toni Perrotto @ corporate who handled refund and promised better treatment. In the letter, in paraphrasing, Dr. Wasbin reiterated the Marque Urgent Clinics would ever treat me again. All of this because Dr. Stan Wasbin and Marque Urgent Care gave me the wrong tests and mistaken nat ructions to take to Lab Corp in Laguna Hills. Lab Corp by the way was very angry that Dr. Stan Wasbin so mistakenly ave me incorrect testing materials and wrong instructions. Lab Corp ultimately gave me the correct tests and correct instructions at their cost. I was there when Lab Corp called Marque Urgent Care and suggested Dr. Stan Wasbin and the staff be given additional training upon tests given out to consumers as well as correct instructions. Toni Perrotto of Marque Urgent Care Corp said about the same regarding better training necessary in her email to me. It is included in this report. I find it horrible to receive the poor health care I received from Dr. Wasbin and Marque Urgent Care and then to have Dr. Wasbin blame me for his mistakes and obvious medical inadequacies tgat day I was poorly treated. I have told many friends and felt compelled to warn the public of the poor and inaccurate treatment I received from Dr. Stan Wasbin and Marque Urgent Care Aliso Viejo, and that I would never take my life in my hands again going to a facility like that or a mistaken poorly acting Dr. Stan Wasbin
