A Bloody Painful Bucher of a Dentist that constantly seemed confused and very unsure of what he was doing. If I had to do it all over again I would have much prefered to have had my wife pull my tooth with a pair of pliars. It was as if this guy never did dental work before. It seemed as if this was his first dental procedure and he was practicing on my mouth. Needless to say all the work needed to be redone not to mention all this pain Im expericing plus my loss of over $2900 to make matters worst.

After telling a friend about my experience, I decided to jump online to show her Dr. Farrell's website. That is when I saw this erroneous report. I was a patient of Dr. Stan Farrell's and he is not a confused dental student, in reality he is an amazing doctor. I suffered for 10 years before finding Dr. Farrell, I went from dentist to dentist desperately seeking someone to help with my TMJ. After my first visit with Dr. Farrell I had a better understanding of what was the cause of my TMJ and how to treat it. I saw Dr. Farrell for 4 visits and have been pain free since. I will continue to sing Dr. Farrell's praises as well as recommend his services to everyone.

It is apparent that the person filing this report has me confused with a different dentist for the following reasons:

1. I was not at Stapley Smiles after August of 2007.

2. I am not inexperienced, since I have been practicing for over 15 years.

3. I have extensive training in Oral Surgery, Implants, TMJ, and full mouth reconstruction.

4. The dentist that took my place when I left was a recent graduate and relatively inexperienced. It is most likely him that the complainant is referring to.

5. Additionally, I am told that there is no patient of record with the name listed in the complaint, and no one has formally complained to the office.

This is Board Licensed Dentist so I think your complaint lacks some merit
