Do YOU think YOU are so much better then everyone else that YOU don't have to pay what YOU legally owe?? Firstly, that person YOU wish to whine about has probably THOUSANDS of accounts that they have to keep together. YOU are just one person with an issue where THEY have to deal with HUNDREDS a week!! SO its a bit understandable if they got YOU confused with another patient. Secondly, no person is going to JUST cuss you out for NO REASON WHAT SO EVER. YOU need to admit YOUR part in all of this. YOU are downplaying YOUR role in the situation. Im betting that you were abusive and overly aggressive. Meaning that poor manager DID NOT have to take YOUR abuse. NO ONE is EVER paid enough to be abused, unless you are paid to be abused. YOUR nasty disposition and attitude are WHY they cussed YOU out. Heres a NOVEL IDEA........GROW THE HELL UP!!!! Are YOU not an adult?? Do YOU just NOT take responsibility EVER??? The big problem is this, YOU have made a post online.The web is a media outlet. You may have set yourself up for being sued in a civil proceeding by the very same doctor YOU have slandered. Im going to see if this doctor can be contacted through FaceBook and point them to what YOU have written. This person DESERVES the chance to rebut your story with their version and Im 100% certain it wont match yours.

After signing an agreement with Dr. Stanley Hess, he backed out on the agreement. Dr. Stanley Hess's office manager said she tried to call us, but had the wrong number. Dr. Stanley Hess office manager said she facebooked me.  I don't have a facebook account. Dr Stanley Hess office manager sent me to collections and we could not qualify for house because of "delinquent account."

We called Stanley Hess office manager and she cussed us out.  I called Stanley Hess and then we agreed to a deal.  His office manager called us back and said Stanley Hess was not in charge of books and she would not honor deal. We have been sent to collections for over $1000.  I have called Dr. Hess and the office manager will not allow me to talk to him.

I have no idea who this doctor's office is but your "review" is too much. You are obviously upset by your bill but your rip off report sounds unsubstantiated.

Given the meager clues you did provide, it sounds like you were trying to pay off a delinquent account (settled amount decided by Dr. Hess). Knowing this much, I can see how convenient it would be for you to "blame" this office manager. Comparing her to Hitler?? Come on, grow up.

She lied about your phone number, meaning she probably attempted to contact you about your delinquent account? Let me guess. You didn't get the messages. You made good on your payment but have no documents to support your claim?

Good luck with your rant but everyone with common sense sees through your lies and excuses. Bashing someone's reputation does not change your irresponsibility.
