Dr. Vladimir Grigoryants mutilated my nose and caused irreversible damage internally and externally. He is a liar and copies and pastes information in his operative reports. No surgeon can fix the mess he made with my nose. I showed Dr G by botched nose in person and he thinks I look like a model. He got all his YouTube comments disabled so his botched patients cannot warn others. He removed almost all his negative reviews. He said I was harassing him for asking questions about my surgery with him. What a cheek, since he completely destroyed my nose! ****For photos please email: mariebanks779@yahoo.com I am writing this review because Dr. Grigoryants cannot be bothered to

help me. I have had to beg him for answers for 1.5 years. His idea of "helping me” is to reply to my emails. My nose looks NOTHING like the morph I gave to him. With great regret, I selected Dr. Grigoryants as my primary surgeon in 2016. I asked for my deviation to be straightened and to file 1mm off my bump ONLY. The following was done without my permission: 1. bridge scooped so much that I was left with inverted V deformity. 2. Bridge widened by 5mm and made broad. 3. Tip lifted so high up that I am in permanent pain and it is so fake looking. I can no longer talk or eat properly. I am disabled. 4. My tip was chopped off 5. My feminine nose into a fat blob of nothing. 6. Alar base

reduction performed without my consent. Too much cartilage was removed, hence why I have been left with permanent irreversible notching. Rim grafts are out of the question. 7. Right side of my radix raised in a masculine way. 8. Infratip lobule and columella chopped off. 9. I can no longer breathe out of my nose. 10. Permanent nose bleeds 11. Cephalic trimming given without my consent. 12. So much tissue was removed that white cartilage shows through my tip. This is irreversible. 13. Nose shortened by 7mm and left me looking like a pig. 14. Nose made 50% wider, fatter, shorter and ugly 15. Domes sutured unevenly and tip Botched. I have since had a revision with rib

cartilage graft with another surgeon to rebuild my entire nose. It was unsuccessful because of how small my nose was made. Short and upturned. I have cried every single day for 1.5 years. I can no longer work or function. My wedding had to be cancelled because of my botched nose. I have spent in excess of $8k on consultations etc. Unfortunately NO surgeon is able to rebuild my nose. I have been told, my nose cannot be fixed because my skin envelope was damaged and the nose shrunk so much that it can’t be made larger. Many of the surgeons whom I consulted with asked me "are you sure you have only had 1 surgery because it looks as though you have had 6-8”. I

cannot socialise, leave my home, see my family anymore because I am disfigured. I think it is unethical for surgeons to post their own positive reviews, but sadly a lot do this. This is my biggest regret in life. I am living with a life sentence. It is not only the aesthetics that has been ruined but the functionality. It is imperative that a surgeon understands that the nose acts as a functioning part of the human body. I was a happy, beautiful confident person before I was botched. If I could go back in time, I would either leave my nose as it was or do the following: 1. Select a double board certified surgeon. An ENT is an added bonus. 2. Select a surgeon who primarily performs revisions.

Because these types of surgeons understand the nasal anatomy cannot be altered drastically. 3. Select a surgeon who does not cookie cut. A surgeon who gives every patient; alar base reduction, tongue in grooves, lifted tips, cephalic trimming, interdomal suturing is known as a cookie cutter. Because he/she is not intelligent to understand that not every patient needs the same work done. 4. Select a surgeon who does his/her own morphs. 5. Select a surgeon who performs open rhinoplasty. 6. Select a surgeon who is skilled with grafts and knows how to use rib cartilage. 7. Select a surgeon who does not post positive reviews on himself.
