I contacted Quincie Family Westie's in Atlanta with a special interest in one puppy. I was told by William that the puppy I chose was available and could be shipped with same day delivery. By the time I got to Western Union and sent the $800.00 it was too late for the puppy to be shipped. I was told on 3/31 that the puppy was at the airport and would be delivered to my home that night. The next thing I get is an email saying they were holding the puppy because the insurance had not been paid by the Seller and I owed $1400.00 to Bolden Pet Transportation. If I didn't pay the puppy would be quarantined for two months and I would be charged with Pet Abuse. I immediately called the breeder and figured out that this was a complete SCAM. Beware.

There is a new website out there called it.pintrest.com/pin/2456573546453448980. Interesting, they will not allow the proper email or Pintrest number, I've tried 3 times. If you are interested in any Quincy Westies they are a SCAM. The original website which was quinciesfamilywesties.com has been taken down. There is no Dr. William Quincy, there are no puppies or older Westies. The testimonials are a complete SCAM! They took me for several hundred dollars and left my life a mess. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. I know I will never see my puppy or money but these people need to be stopped. By the way, it's not just Westies or Scotties or Schauzers it's any kind of breed you can think of.
