I recently had my system in for their "$99 Reformat special" I should have know that a soild business is not run from a rundown dump of a house in a run-down neighborhood. However, my thriftiness got the best of me. I spoke to the "Owner", who should have been at a biker bar serving drinks, I felt somewhat uneasy about my families pictures, and the kids school projects from the past couple of years. That was on Thursday, July 2nd 2009. I was told that he wasn't working on Friday and that I should hear something Monday around noon at the latest if the reformat was going to fix the computer. I was also told that if the reformat worked, I would have it back no later than Tuesday afternoon.

Monday came and went without any word on the computer, so on Tuesday the 7th, I called around 11 am. I have this "gentleman" answer the phone with a gruff, "what do you want!" I proceed to ask him about my computer, to which I was quickly told, "I said we'd f***ing call you when it is done!" and then he hung up.

I decided then that this had gone on long enough. I got into my car drove over to his house, pounded on the door, and demanded my computer back immediately. I had decided that if they could not keep their word about a call back how could I trust them with my personal data, like financials, pictures of my family, and so on.

I think his name was Chris, the "Owner", he refused to return it, saying that I had to pay for the time that the computer was in the shop for repair, even though nothing had been done. I flat out refused, and I stated that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, as well as zoning authorities about his business.

To this date 7-28-09 I still do not have my computer, and I doubt that I get it back at this point. I feel that this is more about the computer, it is about right vs. wrong
