My name is Linda W and I have also included Michele Ng in this email. We are reaching out to you because we have been victims of a financial crime. My husband and I were trying to help friends with their home in preventing it from foreclosure and needed a commitment letter for a hard money loan.
The company we were trying to work with is "Dragon Rocc Financial" in Southern California. Randall Batimana is supposedly the owner but there is no business address. He was requiring a wire of $5,250.00 to get the loan started and explained that it was refundable and that this fee goes into processing, appraisal, underwriting etc. (we have all supporting documentation and correspondences). Randall never delivered and just kept putting us off. We were desperate to help our friends.
4/15/17 was on a Saturday and then on Monday we went back into US bank in Los Gatos on Blossom Hill Road to see if we could make a report and try to recover our monies. On the 15th, we were told to wire this money but we ended up depositing it in their CHASE account and their bank is located at 26750 McCall Blvd, Sun City, CA 92586. Account number: 131036150, routing 322271627. Apparently they took the monies out of that account quickly and now we have no communication with Randall at all.
The cashiers check was made out to "Dragon Rocc Financial" c/o Dawn McIntosh who lives at 25077 Ridgemoor Rd, Menifee, CA 92586/ telephone number 310-344-8114. The account is under this gal Dawn McIntosh whom we believe is his wife. We don't know if Randall's name is actually a real one.

I am a victim of dragon rocc as well..he had me quit claim deed my home in order to refi my home, which 7 months later he did nothing but lie..story tell..his employee tanya is also a crook..Dawn..you live with the guy and know nothing..lol..you and tanya play dumb and know nothing horribly..there are many vistims to this company and this man.Like all crooks..they get arrested sooner or later..he ..you r boyfriend has screwed many people in many states...want the list?? Mr. Batimana and Ms. McIntosh interviewed to rent rooms in my home six days ago. They provided Mr. Batimana's California Identification Card and Ms. McIntosh's expired California Driver License, which I photocopied with their permission to keep in my rental application package.
I will provide the numbers to anyone interested in apprehending them. They also identified the make, model and license plate of their vehicle to me as well. Just ask!!

Please do not include me in this situation because I had no idea what was going on here, I was a gf only and aloud him to use my account because I honestly believed that everything was legit. I never ever got involved with the company or even made contact with any of the clients. I was never involved in any of this business, I don’t even know what is going on or what happened here. I don’t want my name to be included in this situation because I’m a hard working CNA and take pride in helping my patients, I don’t know anything about this business or what even happens here. I’m not interested in this company, it’s not my job or what I do. I’m a very loving and honest person and would never steal or take anyone’s money because it’s not who I am.
So please who ever made this report please don’t think I was part of this situation or problem I was only involved in this because of my bank account used and my home at the time, I never knew anything that was going on here, that’s 100% the truth, I’m sorry this happened to you but please know I had nothing to do with this issue. I do know that there were clients that were very satisfied with dragonrocc and got everything they needed and wanted. I don’t know what happened here but I’m sure whatever happened wasn’t supposed to happen. I know that he works hard to make people happy and tries to give them what they ask for everytime, he doesn’t even pay himself and I know that first hand, he never had taken anyone’s money the time I knew him and his company, honestly he gave up paying himself to give clients money faster so they didn’t have to wait for it. I don’t think he ever wanted to hurt anyone.

This guy stole money from my father as well. We filed a lawsuit in the city of Inglewood this year but he had moved already, so I was happy to see someone else had his most recent address (different than his last known from Inglewood). We need to get this guy, I'm so angry that he stole money from more people, if anyone needs my help or needs more information on what he did to my dad, I'm willing and able to help!! He told my dad he could open up a corporation for him, and also find him some financing. He seems to pull similar types of scams with other people from what I can tell here on these posts.

I am also a victim of fraud by the same individual. I am currently in the process of submitting my own police reports with local agencies as well as with the FBI. Randall Batimana has filed cases and claims with hotels and Airbnb using my name and information, and also hacked my wifi and the connected devices here at my house as well. His last known location is Inglewood CA. i also think there are more individuals connected to the fraud schemes as well.
