Complaint Review: drcarriers4less

I contacted drcarrier4less when I received an email from this guy DEREK REYNA to ship my car from NY to Texas. I specifically contacted him a month in advance before I was flying out of NY so my car can be picked up in time before I move. This guy emailed me and told me I had to pay $250 deposit so they can start the process and the rest I pay when they actually ship my car.Then I got a call from this guy named Carlos CATALA, asking me to fax my bank info so he can get a direct deposit to his account, he said he didnt take credit card. But since I called him so many days in advance I told him I will just send him the deposit through western union because I dont want to send my bank info to him. This guy seemed kind of shady on the phone and I was skeptical in using him, but he reassured me that he will get job done and he is reliable. THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A COMPLETE LIE.

     I had asked this CARLOS CATALA guy to pick up my car the day before I was flying out of NY (4/29/13). I had already transferred the deposit of $250.00 thru western union a week in advance and this guy went to pick up the money the same day I sent it to western union. But as the week went by I waited for his call as to when he is coming but he never called, instead I called him and he would never pick up; then he eventually picked up and I told him how I was leaving soon and need my car picked up. AND THE NERVE OF THIS GUY, HE ASKS ME; DID YOU ALREADY PAY THE DEPOSIT? as if he can't keep track of his customers and be organized enough to know who paid him and who didnt. I was furious with him at that point and I told him that I had already paid a week in advance and I know he already picked up the money from western union.  How is he so disorganized, and not keep track of this stuff? He responds by saying;"DON'T BE A SMART a*s, I HAVE BEEN DRIVING FOR THE PAST WEEK AND THIS IS MY ONLY DAY OFF, I'LL CALL YOU TOMORROW" He never called me back the next day or never picked up his call. I realized  this guy CARLOS CATALA JUST RIPPED ME OFF.

    I had to call another shipping company to move my car. The other company I used ECARMOVERS was really good, when I told them my situation they said they had never even heard of drcarriers4less and it wasn't even listed on the dispatchers for the auto shipping companies. 

       CAROLS CATALA IS A COMPLETE JERK WITH NO RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. THIS GUY LIVES TO RIPP PEOPLE OFF!, A SCUM BAG!!! Then I started calling him to pay back my money and he would tell me to call his boss DEREK REYNA whoever that was if that guy really did exist and when this guy derek picked up he would give me this guy anothony's number to get my refund but that turned out to be carlos's number. This was a complete reck for me. I had to go thru a lot to get my car shipped to texas. CARLOS CATALA COMPLETELY screwed me over and I hope he gets put out of business and in jail. I made the mistake of paying him thru western union and I haven't gotten my money back. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANY CAR SHIPPING COMPANIES WITH THIS NAME CARLOS CATALA, DEREK REYNA, ANTHONY- WORKING FOR DRCARRIERS4LESS- THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD.
