when I called the staff disputed my problem, I took pictures & emailed them. I received a box with a fix it items in it, I consulted, a handy person, his report was the kit is inadequate for the damage. In 2013 i received a steel frame; w/o a professional to fix it. There was no resolution about the air chamber. And I wasn't able to reach this company any futher.
I purchased a queen size Dream BedS Select Bed. Dual air chambers, electric top & bottom individual lift up & down. When I had my first problem, I was interrogated. I received inadequate tools that could not fix the problem. Andthen one air chamber had a leek. I eventually received a new full metal frame to replace the one in complaint. I did not receive a number to a technique to replace this queen size steel frame. And by 2013 I learn that the company was out of business, without any contact information. I've been stuck with this frame and one of the air chambe continues to leek.
