I have been a customer of Dream Proucts for over 8 years,in all that time there has never been a single item I've ordered that was not exactly as described,and all arrived in perfect shape.
I learned a long time ago you get what you pay for so if you buy cheap, that's what you get, it's also possible that either the complaining party for an employee may have transposed some number,thus causing the wrong product to be shipped.
It's also possible that they are just blowing hot air around, just another case of sour grapes, or not getting what you want so you pout, and have a temper trantrum,grow up there's worse things in life,than causing a big fuss over something that you said was less than $7.00.
