I called to get clarification on return/exchange policies and was told to mail the item back to their address with a note inside requesting the new size I needed.  It has now been 84 days and this company still claims the package was never received.  This item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my elderly father-in-law.  I'm guessing some employee at Dream Products is enjoying his slippers and I am out $20.
