Complaint Review: Dreambuilders Lou Tufillaro Louie Tuffilaro Lying Cheats From Southern Ideal Home Show

My work quality speeks for itself. My company had an increase in sales over 20% from last year with 40% comming from refuralls!!! Maybe I should ask for refuralls from customers to avoid people like you! You can say anything you want on the internet, you can lie all you want but it wont hurt me. Your a lier, Joe. If you really have a problem with me, have the guts to call me on the phone like a man or are you afraid you'll be charged with fraud. Maybe your afraid i'll find out who you really are since I've only installed one pool for a "JOE" and he is a great customer. And Joe, whoever you are, get a life!!

You know exactly who I am, unless you've screwed over so many people that you can't narrow it down. The more people I speak with at work, friends, family, people all over the Raleigh area, your name comes up as someone to avoid! Remember, you do a client right and they will tell 10 people; do 'em wrong and they will tell 100.

I didn't say you didn't come back, just that you took my deposit and gave me every excuse in the book as to why my pool wasn't installed yet for 5 months. "oh my truck broke down; I'm having problems with my loader; they sent the wrong pool; my lead guy is sick; my concrete guy is tied up."

You've exhausted every b/s excuse in the book and it's catching up with you. Satisfied customers? I've spoke to so many people who had problems with their pools you installed; they are not installed level and you have to come back under threats to fix, the shell cracked, pipes leaked, covers don't work(and you know d**n well that this has happened numerous times with your pools). No wonder, your company is nothing more than you and a couple of high school kids.

You actually let them run around barefoot on jobsites! How unprofessional! You're guys spend most of their time onsite just sitting around smoking cigarettes until you pop in for a few minutes to get them going on a task which they will inevitably screw up.

I think you remember your situation with misrepresenting yourself as a general contractor and getting nailed by the NC Licensing Board (Lou you are lying if you say it didn't happen). You know d**n well that you are having problems financially and having to get a deposit on the next job just to finish the one you're on (robbing Peter to pay Paul so to speak). This is the truth and you yourself are lying if you say otherwise.

You're so easy to reach by phone when trying to make a sale but you flat out avoided my calls for months when I was trying to get you to show up to do anything. There area lot of discussion forums out there Lou in which people are talking about what a con you are! Do a seach on yourself if you don't believe me. I've spoken to folks who all have the same experiences with you. You screw up fences, pools, decks, whatever you touch.

I spoke to a guy who you were doing something for and left the roof off his house wherethe wall meets just in time for a rainstorm. Remember all the damage you had to repair on that one from their walls being ruined? I even spoke to a couple who you did a drainage project for then had the nerve to say "you wanted my to fill in the trench I dug for the pipe?

Oh well that's not included, that's extra." You know d**n well this is true and just one example of the problems you've created for yourself. Lou, you screwed up your own reputation and you know it.

I think even your "business manager" whom is helping you dig yourself out of the hole you created is catching on to what a loser you really are. This is the truth Lou and all the lies come from you. You really should be ashamed of yourself and you know d**n well it's the truth.

As the owner of Dreambuilders I would like to know who you are. Are you a customer, another pool company trying to make me and my company look bad? I have NEVER taken anyones money and ran,ever, in 26 years of doing construction. I have finished every job I have ever signed, and I have a "satisfactory" record with the BBB. Over 50% of my current customers have come from refurrals. I have over 250 projects completed over the last 5 years and will compare my work to anyones, anywhere, at any time! If you really are a unsatisfied customer, have the guts to call me and discuss your problems instead of hiding behind a fake name and lies about being riped off.
