Dreamkicks Dreamkicks.net is nothing but a kick to your a*! and wallet! tells you lies to keep you from contacting them over and over, Ripoff Los Angeles California
I ordered sneakers (clear Jordans) for my daughter as a birthday gift back in July. My boyfriend also ordered sneakers for himself the next day. We were told 15 business days, that came and went.
I contacted customer service by e-mail because I left a message which of course never got returned. I then called again and was unable to leave a message. I then sent e-mails. I got the the "sorry we have been so busy, your shoes will arrive in 5 more days. Guess what? No shoes!!! I sent more e-mails with the same story.
Toward the end of August, I received an e-mail saying my money would be refunded into the account I used to order the shoes. it would take up to 5 business days. Well, 5,6,7,8 business days, I didn't get a refund. I e-mailed them again replying with the message they sent me ( per their instructions. It was now the fault of the company they use to handle financial transactions because they already refunded my money so it must be my bank that is causing the problem!!!! I was told to give it a couple more "business days" That day never come!!!!!

Hello,
Maybe it is our mistake, maybe we're not explaining correctly. Our credit card processor charges your credit card, then they hold the money for about 3 weeks for verification and to make sure their isn't going to be a chargeback or that the credit card used wasnt stolen, then release the funds to us, However when closing down, they shut down our account, and did not pay us, so we were never given your money, which is why your order had not been placed in the first place.
Therefor we cannot give you a refund for money we never received, and this is why all that we can suggest is that you place a chargeback with your creidt card company in order to get your money back. We are trying to do whatever we can to help you. We are sorry but this is the only thing we can advise right now, is to file a chargeback with your credit card company. By law they have to allow you 6 months to file a dispute.
As hard as it may be to beleive we really are on your side and really do just want you to get your money back. Please let us know if their is anything else we can do to help you.
Thank You,
Sean Banks
