Dreamkicks.net ripped off, very bad business! ripoff Los Angeles California
These people took my 15 year old daughter's hard earned money. She ordered a pair of shoes back on August 5, and guess what? We have not seen the merchandise yet.
Everytime I call them I get the same automated system saying leave name and number and they'll get in contact with us. Well that was 4 months ago.
I sent several emails and was finally responded to, stating that around the time our order was placed they were having trouble with an ex-supplier and they were in the process of refunding people their money.Well, we still have not seen money or shoes.
$69 may not seem like a lot to some people, but to a child it's a lot. All we want is for them to do the right thing and give the people their money or their merchandise.

Your points are well understood. But Ma'am we are not lying or stealing. We will try to do our best to get your money refunded as quickly as possible, but please understand we are wokring with limited resources at this point, and it will be on a first come first serve basis. With that said we will do our best to accomidate you and keep you up to date on any happenings, but unfortunately we do not have an estimated date. We apologize for the circumstances and are working our hardest to get them resolved.
