The online company i bought items from seems to be a scam and a total ripoff. I bought 75 $ shoes and never recived them from DreamKicks.Net. They are also affilliated with youngkicks.com they never reply to emails and impossible to contact they are here to rip young people off and thats just wrong.

I have waited way more than 15 days and no shoes showed up. I also heard many of the same cases as me people being ripped off by dreamkicks.net. Please help they are a scam.

Hello,

Sorry for the long response, this site is just coming to my attention.

First off we have absolutely no affiliation with any other website, including the stated site youngkicks.com. We are completely independent and do not even know how you would draw up that we have any relation with any other site at all.

Second, in regards to no responses, that is just a total lie. We have just recently within about the last two weeks hired two aditional employees in order to better serve our customers. Our phone lines are answered in the order they are received, as we are very busy and have many many customers calling us, we can only handle so many people at one time. All e-mails are responded to as quickly as possible. If you sent an e-mail, you got a response, and you know it. I asume this is another exageration.

We had some overseas supplier problems where customers were not getting their merchandise, you obviously fall under this category and we do apologize.

Our records show that (because this was such a large problem and consumed so many customers over a large period of time) we issued refund to everyone who ordered from July 10th - August 28th, that was anyone who we did not have proof of delivery for. This was many people, and within my records i can see that you were one of these people.

Due to such problems, certain problems arose at our credit card processing bank, and because of this, our access was cut off to this bank and we no longer have the ability to issue credits. Because of this if you have still not received your refund by the end of this business week, we are advising that you contact SRSI directly at adminclient@srsi-ad.com, or contact your credit card bank. We do apologize but we have requested the refund to your account already, and their is nothing more we can do.

We apologize for this misunderstanding, and will work our hardest to work with you to find a solution.
