I bought a diamond ring from these people, and within 4 days it broke and the diamond was lost. I contacted them and they instructed me to return the item for a refund.

It has been 9 months and after many phone calls to them and thier staff saying they already sent the payment "the day before" and many other excuses I still have not received the $177.00 I payed for the ring. It took over a month to receive the item as it was and then to have it just brake I did not want a replacement.

They were advertised as being a company that donated all profits to kids and sold many items on ebay. From the time I won and paid for the ring and the time I got the ring, thier feedback went from 2 negatives to 71 negatives.

Authorities in Texas say it's 30-year old Brian Culwell

Read this:

"Authorities in Texas say it's 30-year old Brian Culwell. He has not been arrested, but they searched this travel office in Texas where he works and seized records. This isn't Culwell's first run in with the law. This is his booking photo when he was sentenced to seven years in a Texas prison for burglary. After that he was convicted of bank fraud and is still on probation for that crime."

I think you should contact with the Harris County District Attorneys Office for more information.
