Dreams Carports Buildings Inc Lacks competency, service and invoice accuracy Orem, Utah
Elephant Strucures of North Caorlina apparently subbed buildina nd building installation to Dreams.
Dreams came to site on !0/3/12 to erect/install steel building. Centennial Engineer caught Dreams installing wrong building anchors. Dreams went ahead and completed building the nest day with the wrong anchors.
Presented customer with an invoice that was $1922.8 greater than the original invoice from Elephant Structures with the pricing on which the order was made. Subsequent calls to both Dreams and Elephant got no detail ofr clarification of differences.
Subsequent attempts by Dreams to install anchors were not done according to City requirements and resulted in a needed holes being drilled into lower wall panels plus damaging panels. Dreams as of 2/6/13 has not replace damaged panels as Marco said they would and thus not completed job
Even though job not completed, invoice inaccurate and not explained. Dreams has hired an attorney to place a lien on property if full invoice not paid.
A very unprofessional and inept operation.

as my typing ability is little better than Dreams ability to install anchors, I inadvertently typed, holes drilled in lower panels were 'a needed.' That was in error.....the holes were NOT needed. Dreams representative said those panels would be replaced. The last time,1/3, he said the panels would be replaced the following Monday, 1/7. It is now 2/9 and I am still waiting.
